About The Position

Cleans and maintains on a daily basis all halls, offices, shops, classrooms, restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, laboratories, gym areas, locker rooms, etc. which includes sweeping, dusting, dust-mopping, wet-mopping, spot-mopping, spot washing and cleaning of walls, doors, and partitions. Cleans and disinfects all surfaces and touch points, including elevators and water fountains. Cleans all entrances, entrances walks, entrance mats, steps and stairwells, patios, and concourses. Cleans and maintains all floors and floor coverings which includes regular duties such as vacuuming, shampooing, burnishing, striping, sealing and waxing. Spot cleans and cleans all exterior and interior glass surfaces of all assigned buildings; cleans ceiling lights and Venetian blinds. Empties and cleans all waste cans, trashcans, and recycle bins. Properly recycles all waste.

Requirements

• Completion of ninth grade.
• Valid Class E Driver’s License is Required
• Criminal Background Check and Physical Examination Required.
• Health Assessment Required: Yes

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma and two (2) years of commercial custodial experience.
