Requirements

• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
• This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, dorms, hallways, offices, activity spaces, dining areas, and other patient occupied locations
• Strip, wax, and maintain floors of all types as needed throughout the year
• Clean walls, windows, screens, lights, curtains, blinds, ceilings, and vents using ladders and housekeeping equipment
• Maintain entryways, gazebos, and outdoor areas by sweeping and removing garbage
• Unpack and distribute linens to assigned areas
• Record completion of daily tasks and responsibilities
