About The Position
As a Custodial Team Member at Megaplex, you will help provide guests with a clean, safe, and welcoming entertainment experience. You will clean areas including auditoriums, restrooms, the lobby, and other public spaces, and work with a team to create a positive environment for guests and fellow employees. Early-morning custodial shifts typically start between 5 am and 6 am. Theatre hours typically run from 9 am to 11 pm.
Requirements
- Exceptional cleaning skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Passion for working with a team.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Keep the theatre clean and safe for everyone.
- Ensure the building and public areas are clean.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
