About The Position

The Club at Prairie Stone™ is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Custodial Support Staff member. This position contributes to the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility by completing custodial and cleaning duties.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. for 25 yards.
Worker must work closely with co-workers.
Worker must work around general population/park patrons in public areas.
Worker must work under supervision and direction of superiors.
Worker is exposed to chemicals (i.e., cleaning materials)
Must be able to lift, push or roll heavy objects without bending or twisting restrictions.
Worker must be able to follow directions and perform responsibilities as described.
Worker must use good safety awareness and judgement.

Nice To Haves

Experience within the custodial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Cleaning multiple regions of the fitness facility including restrooms, locker rooms, steam rooms, as well as additional assigned areas.
Facility floor maintenance duties and support for gymnasium space rental set ups as assigned.
Clean restrooms, locker rooms, steam rooms, as well as additional assigned areas.
Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop flooring.
Empty trash and recycling.
Fill and maintain soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Wash windows, walls fixtures, countertops, windows and touch points.
Set up tables and chairs as required.
Follow preventative maintenance and cleaning based off provided schedules.
Policing and removal of debris in the immediate area surrounding the building including all entrances and parking lots.
