About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Custodial Supervisor to lead a team and ensure a client's facilities in Brentwood, Missouri, are clean and well-maintained. The role oversees cleaning offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other facility areas, and includes inspections and inventory management. The supervisor must be willing to help with cleaning duties when there are personnel shortages and commute between buildings. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with open availability on weekends required. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, negotiable for experienced candidates. The role offers room for growth into management positions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for commuting between buildings.
• Open availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
