About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Custodial Supervisor to lead an assigned building or area at a manufacturing facility during the night shift. The supervisor ensures the facility remains clean and meets expectations, oversees custodial operations and staff, and helps ensure the custodial contract satisfies client and facility needs. On-the-job training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building or area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department functions and activities.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure their custodial-contract needs and requirements are satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
