Custodial Supervisor - Night Shift
About The Position
Allegiance is hiring a Custodial Supervisor to lead an assigned building or area at a manufacturing facility in Mentor, Ohio. The supervisor ensures the facility is kept clean and meets expectations, and assists with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department functions and activities. The role enforces custodial workflow standards and maintains effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure their needs and requirements under the custodial contract are being met. The supervisor is also expected to demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy. On-the-job training is provided.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Experience managing custodial operations.
- Proven experience motivating and training staff.
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong service and quality mindset.
- Professionalism.
- Proven computer skills.
