About The Position

Performs a full range of custodial services at company facilities, completing assigned cleaning tasks and maintaining clean, sanitary conditions. Keeps custodial equipment and supplies neat and orderly, interacts cooperatively with Goodwill staff and customers, and promptly advises a supervisor when Goodwill staff members direct changes in contract requirements. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Pre-employment testing includes a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned daily cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions throughout facilities.
• Keep custodial equipment and supplies neat and orderly.
• Interact cooperatively with Goodwill staff and customers.
• Immediately advise a supervisor when Goodwill staff members direct changes in contract requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
