About The Position

Performs a full range of custodial services at Company facilities, maintaining clean and sanitary conditions throughout. The role includes daily cleaning tasks and keeping custodial equipment and supplies neat and orderly. The worker interacts cooperatively with Goodwill staff and customers and promptly advises a supervisor when Goodwill staff members direct changes in contract requirements. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Pre-employment testing includes a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily assigned cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions throughout facilities.
• Keep custodial equipment and supplies neat and orderly.
• Interact cooperatively with Goodwill staff and customers.
• Immediately advise a supervisor when Goodwill staff members direct changes in contract requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
