About The Position

Celebration Cinema Rivertown is hiring motivated early risers for its early morning Cleaning Crew. The role helps provide guests with a clean and safe theater environment by cleaning and maintaining auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and parking lots. Shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. Work includes regular custodial duties and seasonal indoor or outdoor maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to start as early as 5:00 a.m.
• Time-management and efficiency skills.
• Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment.
• Communication skills to help ensure proper facility maintenance.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to remain on your feet and active for 6–8 hours or more, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to go above and beyond for guests and peers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and parking lots daily.
• Vacuum, remove trash, clean carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean seats and bathrooms, and wash windows.
• Perform seasonal indoor and/or outdoor maintenance tasks when needed, such as snow removal.
• Use required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies.
