About The Position

HES is seeking a Custodial Area Manager to provide operational support for a regional account base specializing in custodial services. The role involves close contact with customers, on-site supervisors and managers, and employees, with the goal of building successful long-term customer relationships and achieving strong financial results for HES. The manager will oversee multiple accounts in the West County area and travel locally. Responsibilities may also involve event management and other operational disciplines.

Requirements

Progressive management experience in the custodial contracting industry.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Basic custodial knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
