About The Position

HES is seeking a qualified Area Zone Manager to provide operational support for a regional account base specializing in custodial services. The role may support custodial services, event management, and other operational disciplines. It involves close contact with customers, on-site supervisors and managers, and employees, with the goal of building successful customer relationships that produce strong financial results for HES. The manager will represent HES’s values and philosophy and implement programs supporting the company’s mission and goals. The role calls for an energetic, proactive leader who can coordinate personnel and operational processes, communicate effectively with varied stakeholders, and delegate, direct, and follow up in complex situations. The manager is also expected to train, develop, motivate, and invest in team members, while pursuing personal and professional growth.

Requirements

Progressive management experience in the custodial contracting industry.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Basic custodial knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
High energy, mobility, initiative, and drive.
Proactive and resourceful approach.
Ability to delegate, direct, and follow up.
College degree preferred.
