The Culinary Supervisor position will report to the Concessions Chef and will be responsible to coordinate the day to day operations of their assigned kitchens. This role involves leading a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily, performing daily uniform checks, and maintaining kitchen standards. The supervisor ensures staff prepare food items according to portion size, quality standards, and departmental rules. They are responsible for maintaining HACCP standards, including food temperatures, product rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring equipment is safe and operable, and properly storing food items. The role also involves participating in monthly inventory and adhering to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
