About The Position

The Culinary Services Director provides overall leadership and management of food and beverage and dining services operations in the community. The role oversees procurement, preparation, and service of food in accordance with the designated Menu Program, as well as departmental financial management, team member supervision, and training. Responsibilities also include safe food handling and sanitation, product inventory and rotation, accurate record keeping, and regulatory compliance. The director builds and maintains resident and family engagement and uses strong communication and organizational skills to teach, develop, and inspire team members.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, food storage, food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• At least 3 years of successful management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a lead chef in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Culinary training and/or dietary certifications required.

Responsibilities
