About The Position
Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Server to join their growing team. Boulder Ponds Senior Living, which opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN, offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 95-unit, apartment-style community. The community is looking for passionate and caring individuals to help residents Age Magnificently. The Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of residents by assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes, while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
