About The Position

Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for HHA/CNAs to join their growing team. Boulder Ponds Senior Living, which opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN, is located on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, near highway 94. The community helps seniors Age Magnificently in a 95-unit, apartment-style setting, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Boulder Ponds Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team dedicated to assisting residents in aging magnificently. The available shifts are Part Time AM (6am-2pm), Part Time PM (4pm-8pm), and Part Time NOC (10pm-6am), with every other weekend included. The wage for HHAs is $17-$22 per hour, and for CNAs it is $19-$24 per hour. There is a $1 shift differential for PM shifts and a $2 shift differential for Overnight shifts. The role requires compassion and a passion for enriching the lives of others, impacting residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Responsibilities include providing direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. This involves assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility, as well as other personal care needs outlined in the plan of care. The role also includes engaging residents in meaningful conversations, providing attentive care, and assisting with medication administration.
