Culinary Server (AM Shifts) - Boulder Ponds
About The Position
Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Server to join their growing team. Boulder Ponds Senior Living, which opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN, is located on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, near highway 94. The community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 95-unit, apartment-style setting, helping seniors Age Magnificently. The team is described as fun, caring, and passionate. The role involves assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while fostering an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
- Serve and bus trays.
- Pour and cover beverages.
- Assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas.
- Deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
