About the role As a Culinary Extern, you will support daily kitchen operations while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Under the guidance of our culinary leadership, you will learn professional kitchen standards, food preparation techniques, and the importance of teamwork - building a strong foundation for a successful culinary career. Externship Period: Approx. 6 months

Requirements

  • Strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality
  • Culinary school enrollment or recent graduation is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation and daily kitchen tasks.
  • Support mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared according to standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all work areas.
  • Follow standard recipes and assist with plating and presentation.
  • Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support different kitchen sections and assist during events and service periods.
