This externship offers early-stage exposure to a professional kitchen, guided by hands-on learning and mentorship. We value curiosity, attentiveness, and a willingness to learn, along with a sincere interest in developing both craft and professional presence within a luxury hospitality setting. Students still enrolled in university/culinary program: Program dates available from early June through and of August. Please note, housing is not currently provided through the hotel. Recently Graduated Students: Program dates available from early June.
