Culinary Externs are sought to join an experienced Culinary team and gain hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations. This role involves the preparation and presentation of all menu items, both hot and cold, for all meal periods in the outlet according to property recipes and standards. Externs will follow the direction of the culinary leadership team in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. This is a paid externship recognized by the extern's collegiate institution as academic credit towards their culinary degree. It is a full-time externship requiring 32-40 hours per week for 14 weeks.
