As a Culinary Assistant, you will perform various tasks relating to food preparation, cooking, and customer service. Your day-to-day includes setting up buffets according to established standards, ensuring proper signage of buffet food items, refilling and rotating food on buffet when required, wiping down and cleaning the buffet as needed, stocking supplies for the hot and cold bar, checking food temperature every two hours and documenting in the temperature log, maintaining, filling, and rotating products on display while being mindful of dates, packaging finished products, adhering to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations, and assisting in other duties as assigned.
