About The Position
Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server. The community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in an apartment-style setting. In this role, you will assist with preparing and distributing food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while helping create an environment that promotes resident well-being. The position is part-time on the PM shift and includes rotating weekends and holidays. The hourly wage is $15.45–$18.80, based on experience. Same Day Pay is available.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a senior living setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
- Set up room trays and dining room tables; serve and bus trays.
- Pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
