About The Position

Join the ASC team as a part-time Culinary Aide at East Lake. The role supports residents’ dining experience by assisting with meal preparation and service and helping maintain a clean, sanitary work environment. Work alongside culinary leaders and service staff to provide residents with safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals that meet menu and diet requirements.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and its leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in sanitation or safe food handling, unless required by state or federal agencies; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for serving residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
