About The Position

As a Culinary Aide at Stonebrooke Rehab, you will help ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, and delicious meals. You will assist with meal preparation and service and help maintain a clean work environment. The position is listed as full-time days.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in sanitation or safe food handling; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC unless required by state or federal agencies.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ dietary requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for serving residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
