About The Position

We are looking for a fulltime Culinary Administrative Assistant to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Culinary Admin, you will support the culinary department by maintaining recipes and menu documentation, assisting with food cost tracking and inventory coordination, and helping prepare production schedules and prep materials for game days and special events. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintains comprehensive culinary systems and documentation, ensuring all recipes, prep lists, build sheets, yields, portioning, and costing are accurate, standardized, and version-controlled across all stadium food outlets.
  • Supports financial and cost control efforts by tracking food cost performance across concessions, clubs, and suites, assisting with variance analysis, maintaining vendor pricing, and partnering with culinary and finance teams to achieve target cost percentages.
  • Coordinates inventory, procurement, and game day execution by aligning purchasing event forecasts, building and distributing production schedules and pull sheets, and supporting real-time operational needs during games and special events.
  • Ensures compliance and cross-functional alignment by maintaining HACCP and audit documentation, serving as a liaison between culinary, operations, finance, and warehouse teams, and driving clear, timely communication leading into each event.
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
