Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 23 years old
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet
Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

Responsibilities

Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services
Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently
Educate customers on their equipment and services
Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards
Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Accurately document completed work using mobile applications
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications
