About The Position

This customer-facing role is at the forefront of driving Cemen Tech’s equipment financing success, combining exceptional customer service with detailed operational execution. As a key member of the Commercial Finance team, this individual partners directly with customers, dealers, vendors, and funding partners to deliver a superior financing experience from start to finish. Working closely with the Director of Commercial Finance, this role plays a vital part in supporting and advancing Cemen Tech’s financing programs. Success in this position requires proactive communication, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout every stage of the financing lifecycle. By serving as a trusted resource, this individual helps accelerate funding outcomes and contributes directly to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is preferred or equivalent education/experience
  • 4 years of customer relationship experience, or experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Must have the ability to reprioritize and execute on tasks in a fast-paced open work environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of communication while delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, and funding partners throughout the financing lifecycle.
  • Guide customers through the financing process from start to finish, proactively managing documentation, timelines, and expectations to ensure successful funding.
  • Manage every stage of the financing process, including credit application entry, account research, document collection, lender communications, document preparation, and issue resolution.
  • Build strong partnerships with Dealer Administration teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Cemen Tech teams to provide reporting, share updates, and drive positive customer outcomes.
  • Present financing approvals and options to customers, confidently communicating value and helping customers identify the best financing solution for their needs.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism, while effectively overcoming objections and educating customers on financing opportunities.
  • Calculate finance incentives and present recommendations to leadership for review and approval.
  • Ensure financing programs are executed in accordance with established guidelines, subsidy structures, and pricing parameters.
  • Partner with funding sources to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently to facilitate timely funding.
  • Monitor funding requirements and proactively address documentation deficiencies, missing information, or outstanding conditions.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Become a power user of Cemen Tech Capital's CRM system while maintaining a high degree of data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Develop a broad understanding of business functions across Cemen Tech to provide solutions, support team initiatives, and help customers achieve success.
