About The Position

Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a licensed clinical leader for a Community Support Team (CST) Team Lead position in Greenville, NC. This role involves leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical oversight, conducting assessments, treatment planning, and ensuring person-centered care. The Team Lead will also be responsible for crisis response, documentation review, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. This is a leadership role focused on driving outcomes and making a real impact in the community.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Full or Provisional Licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health / CST or similar services
• Leadership mindset with ability to supervise and develop staff
• Strong documentation, time management, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in both the field and office environments

Nice To Haves

• Provisional licensure is acceptable, with the expectation to obtain full licensure within 30 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary CST team (QPs & APs)
• Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and real-time support
• Conduct assessments, authorizations, and treatment planning
• Run dynamic treatment team meetings and ensure person-centered care
• Respond to crises and guide your team through critical situations
• Review and approve documentation within 48 hours
• Monitor service delivery, units, and census to keep care flowing
• Ensure compliance with NC Clinical Coverage Policy 8A
• Partner with community stakeholders (DSS, schools, DJJDP & more)
• Drive quality, compliance, and CARF-ready documentation practices
