About The Position

Budget has openings for part-time evening Customer Service Representatives at the airport in Grand Island. The role involves closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. Open availability for evening hours, up to 12 a.m., is preferred. Rental Agents earn a base rate plus commissions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of customer service experience.
Professional communication skills.
Problem resolution experience.
Minimum age of 18.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Open availability for evening hours, up to 12 a.m., is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and address customer inquiries.
Perform sales and educate customers on product details.
Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
Report damages to on-duty supervisors.
Scan returning vehicles back into the system.
Provide computerized receipts to customers.
Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing, and promotions.
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed.
Close reservations and prepare cars for rental.
