Molina Healthcare is hiring for a CSR for our Medication Therapy Management department. This role will be working Monday through Friday 10am to 6:30pm Mountain Standard Time. Highly qualified candidates will have exceptional customer service skills, great skills navigating Windows based software, excellent typing skills, able to multitask, ie notate the system while navigating through systems. Candidates must also have a high speed internet connection (at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Provides customer service support for inbound/outbound Medication Therapy Management (MTM) pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies. Contributes to overarching pharmacy strategy for optimization of medication related health care outcomes, and quality cost-effective member care.
