About The Position

Looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role you can do from home? Join a growing healthcare support team helping customers navigate their insurance and account needs during open enrollment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English
  • Strong customer service experience (call center preferred; retail/food service welcome)
  • Confidence navigating multiple systems and software
  • Must have open availability between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time)
  • Must have a quiet, professional remote setup & type 40 WPM

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries with a high level of professionalism
  • Help customers reset passwords, create accounts, and upload documents
  • Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and healthcare options
