CSR Facilitator - Community Supervision & Corrections
About The Position
The CSR Facilitator directs, assigns, and manages projects for probationary workers and work crews. The role prepares monthly work crew reports, performs data entry, maintains and issues equipment, recommends equipment expenditures, and keeps case documentation of community service restitution (CSR) hours performed. The facilitator assigns duties and plans the work of others. The position also transports probationers to and from worksites, tows a trailer, and works outdoors throughout the year. It includes participating in emergency-management activities during a local state of disaster, as directed by appropriate county managers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of job-related experience.
- Basic knowledge of probation procedures and supervisory skills.
- Construction, building maintenance, and lawn maintenance skills.
- Computer knowledge and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, probationers, and elected officials.
