About The Position
Mr. Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact for customers and help coordinate schedules, support field technicians, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves communicating with homeowners, scheduling service appointments, assisting with dispatching and routing, and maintaining accurate customer and job information. The successful candidate will be positive, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments.

- Follow up with customers regarding unsold estimates and outstanding concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in software systems.
- Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly.
