About The Position

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc. is seeking a CSR/Dispatch Lead for a hands-on role supporting customer and job onboarding, production labor scheduling, and coordination with technicians, project managers, and other staff. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and good customer communication. Compensation is up to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with monthly bonus opportunities for qualified applicants and a $300 sign-on bonus. R & T Yoder is a family-owned and operated business with over 20 years of experience in the Central Ohio region. Requirements

At least 6 years of experience as a CSR or Administrative Assistant.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Good customer communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Four or more years of experience in the construction industry.
Service Titan experience.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and jobs using good phone customer service.
Assist Project Managers with scheduling field production labor.
Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions.
Assist with permitting tasks.
Work with production, purchasing, and management staff to move projects from conception to completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
