About The Position

3Commas is looking for a strong Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market execution for QuantPilot.com, our new agentic AI trading platform. We want a true player who can take full ownership, move fast, and drive real momentum from day one. This role requires deep native experience in DeFi and crypto, a strong track record in community building and generating organic buzz on Twitter and other crypto channels, and an execution-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is a doer who ships quickly, can understand and run with our chosen narrative, and is comfortable working independently while staying tightly aligned with a small core team. This is not a role for a generalist marketer; it requires someone who lives in the crypto space and can hit the ground running with no ramp-up time.

Requirements

• Deep native experience in DeFi and crypto
• Strong track record in community building and generating organic buzz on Twitter and other crypto channels
• Execution-focused mindset
• Ability to quickly understand and run with our chosen narrative
• Comfort working independently while staying tightly aligned with a small core team
• Experience making crypto products take off on Twitter
• Ability to turn technical AI trading features into stories traders care about
• Desire to own a high-impact launch end to end

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of the marketing launch for QuantPilot.com
• Bringing fresh ideas on what actually works in crypto marketing right now
• Building and activating the community, especially on Crypto Twitter
• Creating and executing the full launch plan: proven growth tactics, content, social campaigns, KOL outreach, announcements, and growth tactics
• Working directly with our QuantPilot lead to translate technical product details into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with traders
• Driving awareness and early user acquisition for pre and post public launch of QuantPilot
