About The Position

Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI and robotics teams. Our work sits at the intersection of software, operations, and real-world execution — where reliability, speed, and quality all matter. We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own shared marketing services across Mecka, including paid acquisition, inbound demand generation, and global PR. This is a high-impact, 0 → 1 role responsible for building and scaling how we generate demand, shape our narrative, and convert inbound interest into pipeline. You will operate across ads, content, inbound funnels, and PR, working closely with leadership, sales, and product to ensure we consistently drive high-quality inbound and strong market positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
  • Experience owning paid acquisition and inbound funnels
  • Experience working with PR, media, or brand positioning
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
  • Highly ownership-driven and execution-focused
  • Strong at balancing creative and analytical thinking
  • Comfortable operating in 0 → 1 and fast-changing environments
  • Clear and structured in how you think about funnels and growth
  • Focused on driving real business outcomes, not vanity metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
  • Manage budget allocation, targeting, and creative testing
  • Optimize for high-quality inbound leads and pipeline conversion
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign performance and ROI
  • Build and optimize inbound flows from first touch → conversion
  • Improve website, landing pages, and conversion funnels
  • Define and track key metrics across the funnel (traffic → leads → qualified pipeline)
  • Partner with sales to ensure strong lead qualification and follow-up systems
  • Own PR strategy and execution across major media outlets
  • Manage relationships with journalists, publications, and external partners
  • Drive press coverage, announcements, and narrative positioning
  • Shape how Mecka is positioned in the market (AI, robotics, data infrastructure)
  • Oversee creation and distribution of high-signal content (case studies, announcements, technical content)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Leverage content to support inbound growth and PR efforts
  • Partner with internal teams to extract and publish customer wins and insights
  • Build dashboards to track campaign performance, inbound metrics, and ROI
  • Monitor and improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline quality
  • Implement tools and systems for scalable marketing operations
  • Continuously refine strategy based on data and performance insights
