About The Position

The Cruise Support Concierge assists clients in researching, organizing, and reserving travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, cruises, and activities. The role provides personalized support to help clients create smooth and enjoyable travel experiences. The concierge communicates with clients to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and manage trip details from start to finish. Requirements
