About The Position

The Cruise & Hotel Booking Specialist assists clients with planning and booking vacations, including cruises, hotels, vacation homes, and all-inclusive resorts. The role provides personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets, works with travel suppliers to secure deals and promotions, and supports clients throughout the booking process. The specialist also stays current on industry trends, travel policies, and supplier offers, handles booking changes and cancellations, maintains accurate records, and participates in training and supplier webinars. This is a fully remote role available to U.S.-based applicants.

Requirements
