Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients interested in booking cruise vacations.

- Answer client questions and provide information about cruise destinations, ships, and travel requirements.
- Communicate with cruise suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings.
- Stay informed about cruise promotions, new itineraries, and supplier updates.
- Assist clients before and after their cruise to support a smooth travel experience.
