The position provides customer service to clients booking cruise vacations, helps research and coordinate cruise options, answers questions about destinations, ships, and travel requirements, and communicates with cruise suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details. It also involves keeping accurate records, staying informed about promotions and supplier updates, and assisting clients before and after their cruise.
