About The Position
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join the team as Remote Cruise Booking Agents. In this role, you will assist clients with cruise-related inquiries, help coordinate cruise vacations, and provide support throughout the cruise planning and booking process. The opportunity is suited to individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in working in the travel industry remotely. The role includes providing customer service to clients interested in cruise vacations; researching and coordinating cruise options such as cruise lines, itineraries, staterooms, and onboard packages; answering questions about destinations, ships, and travel requirements; communicating with cruise suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details; maintaining accurate client and booking records; staying informed about promotions, itineraries, and supplier updates; and assisting clients before and after their cruises.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfort using email, online booking platforms, and basic computer tools.
