The agent provides customer service and helps clients research and coordinate cruise options, including cruise lines, itineraries, staterooms, and onboard packages. The role also involves answering questions about destinations, ships, and travel requirements; communicating with cruise suppliers about reservations and booking details; maintaining accurate client and booking records; staying current on promotions, itineraries, and supplier updates; and assisting clients before and after their cruises.
Requirements
