About The Position

Metro Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Crown Reach Truck/Order Picker Operators to join a warehouse team in Grapevine, Texas, supporting one of the nation's largest aftermarket distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts. This is a first-shift position beginning at 7:00 AM and ending when work is finished. Candidates must have prior reach truck experience; sit-down forklift experience alone does not qualify. Overtime may be needed. The role involves operating a Crown Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker), accurately fulfilling and staging customer orders, handling inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. The warehouse is fast-paced and non-climate-controlled. Operators must be able to lift up to 90 pounds consistently and stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout an 8–12-hour shift. Steel-toed boots are required on the first day, and candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

At least one year of warehouse experience.
Previous Reach Truck experience is required; sit-down forklift experience alone does not qualify.
Ability to accurately read pick tickets and warehouse documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Ability to consistently lift up to 90 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout an 8–12-hour shift.
Steel-toed boots required on the first day.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a Crown Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker).
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
Load and unload inventory as needed.
Read and follow pick tickets and RF scanners.
Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
Assist with stocking, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Work overtime when needed.
