About The Position

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded Inventory Control Coordinator for its family-owned maintenance supply business. The role focuses on warehouse aisle and area inspections, daily cycle counting, processing customer and vendor returns, maintaining accurate count documentation, and assisting with loading and unloading goods as needed. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the day shift, with a schedule of 7:00 AM until finish (listed as 3:30 PM CST), guaranteed 40 hours per week, overtime opportunities, and no weekends. Pay is $19.50–$20.65 per hour, based on equipment and warehouse experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting more than 60 pounds.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb steps and ladders, bend, stoop, and carry products up steps and stairs and down ramps and walkways.
Must have previous experience operating warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Responsibilities

Inspect warehouse product aisles and areas daily and provide written notification of unsafe conditions to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
Complete daily cycle counting and process customer returns, vendor returns, and other duties assigned by management or the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
Submit daily cycle count paperwork as directed and communicate count or product issues to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator through cycle count documents.
Assist with loading and unloading goods onto or off delivery vehicles as required and in accordance with Chadwell Supply operating procedures.
Record, process, and restock customer-returned products brought back by Chadwell delivery drivers.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area.
Attend weekly safety meetings with other personnel.
