About The Position

As a Ford Pro Cross-Vehicle Brand Analyst, you will accelerate business growth by synchronizing brand marketing strategies and communications across critical workstreams. By translating field intelligence and market data into actionable insights, you will identify opportunities, lead cross-functional solutions, and measure performance against strategic objectives. Serving as a strategic liaison between the Ford Pro Brand team and Go-To-Market (GTM) internal partners, you will ensure all stakeholders have real-time visibility into commercial incentives and evolving brand priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related
  • 2+ years with either automotive field or dealer experience
  • 1+ year of experience leveraging complex data sources to derive insights
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft customer-focused messaging
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

  • Automotive fleet experience, preferred
  • Experience in designing compelling marketing materials
  • Experience in web and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and consumer data
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and alignment across channels

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the communication of commercial incentives to internal GTM partners to ensure seamless execution across all sales channels.
  • Establish a regular cadence for gathering field feedback; distill these insights into actionable reports for internal teams to address market needs.
  • Publish and manage incentive summaries for dealers and field teams to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into commercial incentives.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to define cross-vehicle priorities and brief GTM teams, utilizing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework to track progress.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials for Commercial Vehicle Center (CVC) dealers and field teams, driving dealer adoption and tool effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Tech, Web, and Field Operations to ensure brand alignment across all business units.
  • Utilize sales and market share data to inform brand tactics and hold partners accountable for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
