The Ford Racing Vehicle CAD Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of engineering designers and CAD specialists supporting the design and delivery of vehicle systems and components from concept through production. This role combines technical depth in digital product design with people leadership, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong automotive product development experience, advanced CAD knowledge, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced engineering environment.
