Requirements

Experience working with small parts, hand tools, and microscopes (required)
Ability to read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions (required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (required)
Ability to lift 5–20 lbs and work in a team environment (required)
U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)

Nice To Haves

Tig welding, brazing, and clean room experience (advantage)
Familiarity with FOD control and geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (advantage)

Responsibilities

Inspect vacuum envelope mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies for quality and accuracy
Interpret schematics and use measuring tools such as optical comparators, calipers, and microscopes
Assemble components using small hand tools and precision equipment
Maintain production flow to meet weekly schedule requirements
Follow detailed instructions and ensure compliance with quality standards
Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area
