Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting the engineering of information technology systems for a DoD or government agency
  • 4+ years of experience with engineering solutions across technologies, including Radiant Mercury, Secure Operating System Trusted Thin Client, or Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client
  • Experience with Radiant Mercury or Everfox technology
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and information technology
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Mathematics, or Physical Science

Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering of DoD afloat network systems.
  • Design and develop cross-domain systems.
  • Evolve cross-domain systems with advanced technology solutions.
  • Leverage operating system and network engineering skills to become a CDS subject matter expert.
  • Develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications and technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple organizations.
  • Develop or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability.
  • Provide technical leadership within a team of both the government and industry in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of physical and logical C4I solutions.
  • Guide subordinates and team members to define, analyze, and provide solutions for the afloat network systems.
  • Guide subordinates and team members on engineering practices in accordance with program processes, policies, and approaches.
