Senior Principal Software Engineer for Crypto & Cross Domain Solutions
About The Position
As a software engineer for the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence (SC&I), you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for developing the crypto and cross domain solution products. This role involves creative thinking with demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle, acting as a collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, with a notable record of securing buy-in on concepts and ideas. Experience in the art of negotiation with the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions is also key. A commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others is expected. The work is research-oriented, alongside award-winning teams developing practical solutions for our nation’s security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
