All CRNA practice 40M state-of-the-art surgical remodel designed to enhance efficiency and elevate patient care Ongoing investment in advanced technology, including ROSA® orthopedic robotics and the da Vinci® surgical system Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy 4 room model Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Anesthesia for Nurses
  • Board eligible or board certified
  • Complies with criteria for recertification
  • Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
  • Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS required
  • Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Full-time opportunity
  • Low-call model available
  • Evaluates and prepares patients for required anesthetic to be administered
  • Administers anesthetics as required
  • Must function independently
  • Performs post-anesthesia duties in accordance with departmental policies
